Gas Mass Flow Controller Meter Generally refers to an automatic flow control valve, which is an intuitive and simple flow adjustment and control device. The application of automatic flow control valves in pipes can directly set the flow according to the design. It automatically eliminates pressure fluctuations caused by pipeline residual head and flow deviation, regardless of how the system pressure changes. These functions of the mass flow controller complete the pipeline network flow adjustment, making pipeline network adjustment a simple flow distribution, effectively solving the hydraulic imbalance of the pipeline network.
Below, we will share the installation details of the gas mass flow controller:
1. The installation position of the sensor should be far from industrial control electromagnetic interference sources. The sensor should be at least 5 meters away from transformers and motors.
2. The sensor's installation method should ensure that it is filled with liquid to reduce the impact of density changes on measurement accuracy. When the process pipeline needs to be cleaned, the installation position should ensure that the liquid is completely drained. To prevent gas accumulation inside the sensor, avoid installing the sensor at the top of the pipeline system.
3. When measuring gas, the gas mass flow controller can be installed in a position. To prevent gas accumulation inside the sensor, avoid installing it at the lowest point of the pipeline.
4. Gas Mass Flow Meter During installation, the connecting surfaces should be parallel to each other, and the centers of the two flanges should be mainly located on the same axis to avoid generating additional forces.
5. When installing mass flow management controllers of the same model adjacent to each other, consider staggering the vibration frequencies to avoid negative impacts caused by resonance issues. Also, the distance between two mass flow control controllers should be at least 4 times the length of the instrument.
6. For convenient zero adjustment of the flow meter, a globe valve should be installed downstream of the gas mass flow controller. To facilitate batch operations, the sensor and globe valve should be as close as possible to the receiving container, and no flexible hose should be installed between the sensor and the globe valve to prevent expansion or compression from causing batch errors.
