PC100 Pressure controller since 19 year 11 launched in, has gained the trust and support of many customers, and is currently widely used in diffusion furnace equipment, used to control the pressure of the phosphorus source bottle, through N 2 carries POCl3 into the furnace body for reaction. When the flow rate changes, the pressure controller can prevent the pressure of the phosphorus source bottle from fluctuating due to gas flow changes. The back-end vacuum pump provides conditions for the system's normal operation.

With the mature application of the product in the production line, to meet further customer needs, we developed PC100(E type ) product, PC100 EtherCAT is a digital product, based on EtherCAT and RS485 communication methods, providing high accuracy and reliability for gas pressure control and measurement. This type of product uses a single power supply ( +24VDC ) power supply, supports automatic fault alarm, and the standard open communication protocol provides convenience for customers to develop control and acquisition software themselves. , At the same time, powerful free client host computer software is provided.
