The annual Fire Day event was held as scheduled. November 9, 2019, was the "National Fire Day", and we welcomed the 28th National Fire Day. This year's theme is: "Prevent fire risks, build a beautiful home". On such a meaningful day, Beijing Sevenstar Huachuang Flow Meter Co., Ltd. held the "11.9" Fire Day event, which was also our second Fire Day event since relocating to the new factory in Yizhuang. Utilizing activities to promote fire safety knowledge on specific days helps us strengthen our safety awareness. When accidents or disasters strike, we can protect ourselves and use fire resources for self-rescue or mutual rescue, especially cultivating teamwork awareness, increasing overall cohesion, avoiding accidents, and achieving intrinsic safety for the company. Under the careful planning of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, all employees participated in this activity with great enthusiasm and high participation. The entire event had a lively atmosphere and achieved excellent safety promotion results.
Vice General Manager Wang Maolin, who is responsible for the company's safety work and served as the chief commander of the event, guided the Safety and Environmental Protection Department to collaborate with various organizations such as the company's Party Branch, Labor Union, Workers' Congress, and Youth League Committee. They planned, organized, and coordinated the form, content, and rewards of the event a month in advance. Based on the company's departments and activity venue conditions, all personnel participating in the event in Beijing were divided into ten activity groups, with supervising leaders or department heads assigned as group leaders. This event was divided into six major sections based on content, including rapid escape, emergency assembly, formation display, and group games. Each activity group, led by their leader, actively and seriously organized the process, making detailed preparations from promotion and arrangement to rehearsal. The event started punctually at 2 PM, with activities beginning from their respective workstations. The ten groups exited the building in order through 5 escape doors, arriving at the main activity venue, the football field, for assembly. The activities seamlessly connected, proceeding intensely, enthusiastically, and orderly, demonstrating the employees' team spirit and the pioneering and enterprising corporate culture of the flow meter people.

The football field, the main venue for this event, was clean and tidy, and the sun shone brightly during the event. The teams were neatly aligned, slogans echoed loudly, and everyone was invigorated. Cai Jianxin, the event host, was conscientious and responsible, actively rehearsing, giving accurate instructions, and delivering witty remarks, adding brilliance to the event. Safety slogans were hung around the venue, displaying the content of this fire safety theme. The red banners combined with the lush green lawn symbolized our Sevenstar Flow Meter company flourishing on a green path, with safety escorting us.

The event began with the first section, "Rapid Indoor Escape". When a sudden event occurs, quick and orderly escape is a guarantee of safety. Each activity group practiced rapid escape through the nearest escape door by department. The purpose is to make everyone clearly familiar with the escape route and how to display collective cooperation during escape, avoiding incidents like trampling or falling caused by pushing. The activity required each group leader to be the last to evacuate. Scores were calculated based on the number of participants and the total evacuation time. Leaders were mandated to be the last to evacuate; otherwise, they would receive zero points, signifying that leaders must ensure all members of their group have evacuated. This seemingly simple activity was meticulously planned by each group. Each group arranged who would lead the way and open doors, who would look after the team at turns, and even detailed arrangements for assisting key personnel. The groups led by Vice General Managers Dong Peng and Zhang Yan held multiple on-site meetings and rehearsals to ensure the escape process was fast and orderly, without causing additional harm.

After evacuees exited the building and changed shoes, they entered the second section, "Rapid Formation Assembly". Each group, as planned, reached their designated position, held up their team's sign to gather everyone, and quickly formed a line to ascertain personnel status. After ensuring all personnel had arrived, they swiftly moved to the emergency assembly point. The focus of this activity was for each group to ascertain the situation. Each small group, by team or department, quickly summarized information, which is an indicator of whether the escape was successful, with the goal of ensuring the safety of all departmental personnel. This segment, from forming the line to reaching the assembly point and sitting down, assessed whether the team assembled quickly, whether the team moved in an orderly manner, whether they were quiet, and whether they quickly entered the football field. The overall requirement was to maintain formation while jogging slowly, and to sit down orderly once inside the football field, with neat formations. The requirement was not to exceed 10 minutes from escaping downstairs to sitting down on the football field. In this segment, the Quality Management Department and Manufacturing Department 2 Team 1 performed the best; not only were their teams neat, but they also collectively shouted the "one-two-one" slogan. It was especially noted that when the Quality Management Department entered the football field, as everyone was concentrated at the entrance, they waited in line and showed deference, demonstrating the department's excellent qualities.

After entering the main venue and taking a group photo, everyone entered the "Formation Image Display" section. 是 This was the only optional segment of this event, requiring each group to complete a personalized display within one minute. Each group, based on their different work content, combined work and safety to pose team formations, shout departmental slogans of different styles, and display different wishes and goals. Formations included V-shapes, straight lines, and A-shapes. Notably, the group from Manufacturing Department 3 created a three-dimensional formation, with a novel style that garnered much applause. Each group had a unique display. The Quality Management Department (Group 5) shouted " Safety and quality are paramount, we are always striving "; the Production Support Department (Group 1) proposed " No matter how busy production is, safety must not be forgotten; human lives are paramount, safety comes first "; the Marketing System (Group 6) shouted " Marketing system, customer first; professional service, united team "; the Logistics Support System (Group 10) collectively recited " Safety production comes first, no industrial accidents; everyone has safety awareness, joyful life ", and Precision also shouted the slogan "Precision precision, work together, quality first, safety first".
After the team image display, the event entered its climax: the exciting and lively competitive game segment began. There were three game items, forming sections four, five, and six. The ten groups each sent three sub-groups of 6 people, totaling 18 participants for the games. The games adopted a two-group PK and overall timing method. Participants eagerly signed up, rolled up their sleeves, and actively trained, all striving to showcase their best performance and achieve the best results for the overall team. For each item, group flag bearers led their respective teams to the activity area, adhering to the management of the event staff and referees. Spectators from each group continuously cheered and encouraged.

The first game in the fourth section was: "Team Scene Rescue". This scenario was designed for personnel rescue in a nighttime earthquake site. Led by rescuers wearing night vision goggles, 5 "blind" individuals from each group traversed layers of obstacles and dangerous areas to escape the accident scene, then correctly selected their drawn protective equipment, wore it according to specifications, and reached a safe zone as quickly as possible. This fire rescue drill simulated possible situations, with each drill being thoroughly organized, meticulously planned, fully prepared, and strongly supported. All participating personnel were able to quickly carry out self-rescue and mutual rescue work according to the unified instructions and requirements of the commander, and scientifically evacuate to the designated location, avoiding casualties.

The second game in the fifth module is "Safety Equipment Transportation". The keywords for this module are "safety" and "transportation", meaning to provide orderly transportation under the premise of safety. The team should work closely together and unite to overcome various dangerous factors, ensuring that safety equipment arrives and is put into use as soon as possible. Each participant carries a ribbon symbolizing a fire hose and holds a ping-pong ball symbolizing life. Six people relay the items, putting out fires and rescuing the injured. This is like our corporate culture: maintaining teamwork, where experienced employees, with their insights and the company's philosophy, pass on and inherit knowledge to new employees. New employees, under the influence and assimilation of experienced employees, quickly integrate into the new work environment, recognizing the company's philosophy and inheriting the company's safety culture.

The third game in the sixth module is "Safety Self-Rescue and Disaster Mitigation". Heinrich's principle tells us that the occurrence of an accident is not an isolated event; although harm may occur suddenly at a certain moment, it is a series of causal events happening in sequence. Accidents are controllable and cyclical, and each event or accident has its own development rules and characteristics. Only by mastering the rules of accident occurrence can the safe production system be ensured to be in an effective state. When accidents occur, it is especially important to master self-rescue knowledge. Improving our safety awareness in life and work is fundamental. The scenario we designed this time simulates a hazardous chemical leakage site. Participants use foam bricks, symbolizing how to avoid danger sources based on correctly adopted personal protection and rescue techniques. Skipping rope demonstrates overcoming obstacles, and finally, after ensuring personal safety, disaster relief is carried out兹。

After the intense activities, the event judging panel calculated the comprehensive scores based on the six modules' scores and each group's attendance rate. Cai Jianxin, the on-site host, announced the winners. The first place was awarded to the Logistics Support Group, second place to the Quality Management Department and Manufacturing Department II Team 1, and third place to the Production Support Group, Manufacturing Department I, and Manufacturing Department II Team 2. This event was honored to invite Li Dongqi, Vice President of the Group responsible for safety, and Li Duanlin, Vice President of North Microelectronics, and Wang Zhong, Minister of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department from the superior unit, to participate and present awards to the winning teams, while also witnessing the conduct of this event and affirming our company's safety work兹。
This event received strong support from the Group Headquarters and North Micro Company, providing venue and other conveniences. Our company dispatched conference staff from various departments to carry out work in an orderly manner. Each team leader meticulously organized and arranged, and the departments and the general staff enthusiastically participated, ensuring the successful completion of the event. It is especially worth noting that the event funds were provided by the labor union, integrating safety with labor union activities. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department used risk analysis to plan and check this event, preventing incidents such as abrasions caused by intense activities. The game modules in the event also enriched the operation of the activities in detail. The meticulousness of the judging panel and the enthusiastic service of the field staff were fully demonstrated. The theme of the activity is rescue and protection, and there was a process of transporting firefighting equipment during the activity. Participants only ran once, while the field staff but ran more than four times. In the audience, it was often heard, "The conference staff are busier than the participants," which also reflects our concern and care for our service personnel. Additionally, we would like to express our gratitude to the Precision Business Unit for providing tables and hanging banners for the venue during the event兹。
This event was a complete success. In a joyful atmosphere, we learned a lot of safety and fire protection knowledge, understood our emergency measures in sudden situations; learned about the different hazards present in various workplaces, the different personal protective equipment required, and how to correctly use the corresponding protective equipment; how to correctly use firefighting equipment and escape techniques, among other knowledge. Such activities will continue to be held as planned in the future under "innovation" and "regularity." Innovation is to encourage everyone to join such activities, learn fire protection and safety knowledge happily, and thus enhance our safety awareness. Regularity means we adhere to the theme of fire safety, stay true to our original aspiration, insist on safety first, and safeguard our production兹。
People-oriented, safety first, flow meters moving forward on the path of safety兹。
