The training was divided into five groups. Through a points-based competition, the second group ultimately won the championship.

The two-day training concluded, with each individual gaining varying degrees of knowledge. The next step is to integrate what they have learned into their work and put it into practice. Currently, department heads are actively applying what they learned in the training to their actual work, proactively learning from teachers and colleagues, sharing resources, communicating effectively, and gradually internalizing and externalizing their learning, putting it into practice. Everyone is contributing their wisdom and strength to building a learning organization.
