Sevenstar Flowmeter Showcases New Products at SEMICON 2019

On March 20, 2019, SEMICONChina2019 grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Sevenstar flow meters CS100, CS200, CS300, CS230, and new products CS500, P100, K1000, K1200, K1500 were showcased at this exhibition, attracting a large number of industry experts and scholars to visit and discuss. Sevenstar flow meters possess multiple key technologies for gas flow measurement and control. Its MFC products are exported to Europe and the United States, making it a leader among Chinese flow meter brands. The technical specifications of its CS series digital MFC products meet the requirements for high-end equipment and have been widely applied in production lines across industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaic solar energy, vacuum coating, and TFT, with cumulative sales exceeding 200,000 units.

In 2018, Sevenstar Flowmeter embarked on its first exchange journey with universities. Before taking this step, we pondered the significance of such activities, discussed how to conduct them, and despite some apprehension, ultimately decided to take the leap and engage with universities to discuss MFC selection and application. We hoped that by visiting campuses, more researchers would achieve "more accurate selection, more professional application, and more precise experiments." On December 12, 2018, Sevenstar Flowmeter's exchange event at Tsinghua University's Department of Chemistry kicked off the campus series. With the strong support of faculty and students, the event met our expectations. Tsinghua students are indeed impressive; the word 'impressed' truly describes them. They clearly answered information mentioned only once in the training during the final Q&A session and showed great intellectual curiosity, a dedication to science that isn't satisfied with superficial understanding. Through this exchange, faculty and students will achieve more accurate selection and more professional application in their future use of flowmeters, ultimately making their experiments more precise. Sevenstar Flowmeter hopes to understand customers' more accurate needs through such exchanges and produce more suitable flowmeter products. On December 18, 2018, Sevenstar Flowmeter visited Tsinghua University for the second time, this time for an exchange activity with faculty and students from the School of Materials Science and Engineering. Our General Manager, Mou Changhua, an alumnus of Tsinghua, returned to his alma mater to speak to the faculty and students about the origin of flowmeters, their founders, the technical means we use to ensure the stable performance of our products, and our core technologies. Technical support engineer Li Fei provided selection suggestions tailored to the usage conditions of Tsinghua University's Department of Materials Science and explained precautions for currently used flowmeters. Through this exchange, we realized the importance of empathy; we need to consider problems from the other party's perspective. Sevenstar Flowmeter focuses on how to provide accurate flow values, while professors are more concerned with the specific pressure values in their experimental chambers. We need to integrate these requirements to solve the gas-related problems needed for the professors' research. Stepping onto campus reveals a different world: different scenery, different ideas, different voices, different needs. Perhaps it's there that we'll find the key to solving a problem. For products to improve and enterprises to develop, the intelligent and vibrant university faculty and students are indispensable.
